Postage, Packing and Delivery

Postage and packaging is charged at £1.95 per order, regardless of how much you purchase. We endeavour to send orders out the next working day, however please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.  If the product is out of stock we will advise you immediately and either put the item on back order, provide an alternate item or refund your money.  If you require the gift urgently please let us know and we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.  We use Royal Mail First Class service within the UK, but please remember that sometimes there are delays out of our control, therefore estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund.  Once the kit has been cut we can not provide a refund unless it is faulty.

Before returning the item to us email us at info@kotorikits.com with the reason for return and we will advise you of the returns procedure.  Unfortunately we can not refund or pay for return postage.  We can only provide a refund for items we receive therefore we suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service.  Once we receive the package we will issue a full refund.
